The Professorship of Nature Conservation and Landscape Ecology deals with the collation and evaluation of literature from the main biomass cultures with production, energy and biodiversity measurements. Furthermore, new surveys on biodiversity for individual cultures, including potential and already used mixtures, are being carried out in the field. The aim is to evaluate the potential for promoting species (field flora, beneficial insects such as bees, butterflies and ground beetles). The field work is expected to take place on the areas of the Hohenheim experimental station "Ihinger Hof"
